Your Right to Data Deletion

At MyBranz, Inc., we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. You have the right to request deletion of your personal information at any time. This page explains how to exercise that right.

Privacy Commitment: None of the members of MyBranz, Inc. will access, view, or use your personal data. Your data is stored securely and is only processed by automated systems to provide you with our services. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring your data remains confidential.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

When you request data deletion, we will permanently delete the following information associated with your account:

  • Your account profile information (name, email address)
  • Restaurant information and branding details
  • Menu data and menu items
  • Social media posts and content created through the platform
  • Marketing campaigns and analytics data
  • Uploaded images and files stored in our system
  • Third-party integration data (Meta, Google Drive connections)
  • Payment and subscription information
  • All other personal data associated with your account

Note: Some data may be retained for legal or regulatory compliance purposes, such as transaction records required for accounting purposes, for a period as required by applicable law.

How to Request Data Deletion

Option 1: Delete Your Account (Recommended)

The easiest way to delete all your data is to delete your account directly from the platform:

  1. Log in to your DineOS account
  2. Navigate to Settings
  3. Scroll to the "Account" section
  4. Click on "Delete Account" or "Account Deletion"
  5. Follow the prompts to confirm account deletion
  6. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted

Option 2: Request via Email

If you cannot access your account or prefer to request deletion via email:

  1. Send an email to privacy@mybranz.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request"
  2. Include the following information:
    • Your full name
    • The email address associated with your DineOS account
    • A clear statement that you want to delete your account and all associated data
    • Any additional information that may help us locate your account
  3. We will verify your identity before processing the deletion request
  4. Once verified, we will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days

Processing Time

We will process your data deletion request within 30 days of receiving and verifying your request. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.

What Happens After Deletion?

Once your data is deleted:

  • You will no longer be able to access your account
  • All your data will be permanently removed from our active systems
  • Backup copies may be retained for up to 90 days for disaster recovery purposes, after which they will be permanently deleted
  • You will need to create a new account if you wish to use DineOS again in the future

Third-Party Data

If you have connected third-party services (such as Meta/Facebook, Google Drive, or payment processors), you may need to separately request data deletion from those services. We can only delete data that is stored in our systems.
